Executive Bios

Larry Bain, Chief Executive Officer, ProLink Solutions

Mr. Bain has been CEO since January 2004. Before joining ProLink Solutions, Mr. Bain was a Managing Director of Stifel, Nicolaus & Company’s Corporate Finance Group. Prior to joining Stifel, Mr. Bain was a Managing Director at EVEREN Securities and in charge of EVEREN’s Emerging Industries Group. He was previously a Managing Director at Dean Witter Morgan Stanley and EF Hutton & Company. Mr. Bain has extensive transactional experience that has included the structuring and execution of private and public financings, and merger and acquisition assignments throughout numerous industries. Mr. Bain serves on boards of directors and is also a financial advisor to many public and private companies. Mr. Bain is a graduate of The Ohio State University, earning a B.S. in 1972. He completed the Securities Industry Association Executive Program at The Wharton School and is a Certified Investment Management Consultant by the Institute of Investment Management Consultants.


Andy Batkin, Chief Executive Officer, ProLink Media

Andy Batkin was appointed CEO of ProLink Media in June of 2007. Mr. Batkin comes to ProLink from Innovative Media Solutions, LLC, where he was CEO and the creator of the People vs. the Pros golf event, which was added to the PGA TOUR’s 2007 Challenge Event schedule, and the Trump Million Dollar Invitational. Prior to starting Innovative Media Solutions, Batkin founded Interactive Marketing, Inc. (IMI). In 1995, IMI became the Interactive Marketing Agency of Record for Yahoo, developing the branding and media plan to build the young company into an Internet powerhouse with a multi-billion dollar valuation. Batkin performed similar work for companies such as NBC, Netscape, Lycos and 24/7 Media, and created SuperBowl.com for the NFL. In 1983, Batkin helped found the interactive media industry, and has more than 25 years experience creating integrated marketing and promotional campaigns for Fortune 500 and entertainment companies and brands like Anheuser-Busch, BASF, CBS, Pepsi-Cola, Walt Disney, NBC, Nickelodeon and ESPN. He is a graduate of Boston University with a BS in Public Communications. At ProLink, Batkin will utilize his extensive media experience to further strengthen the company’s position as a leader in the growing digital out-of-home advertising channel through its cart-mounted GPS screens.

 

Chris Kager, Executive Vice President, ProLink Media

Chris Kager was appointed Executive Vice President of ProLink Media in 2007. Mr. Kager came to ProLink from The Media Group where he served as President implementing sales and marketing strategies for the EchoStar/DISH Network platform. From 2002-06, Kager was Executive Vice President of NBC Universal TV Distribution, overseeing media sales. As President of Rainbow Advertising Group from 2000-02, Mr. Kager developed sales and marketing plans for Rainbow Networks-American Movie Classics, Independent Film Channel, Much Music USA and WE: Women’s Entertainment. In 1992, Kager served as Vice President at Columbia TriStar Televesion until his promotion to President in 2000, devising comprehensive sales strategies for off-network syndication launches of programs including Seinfeld and Mad About You. At Prolink, Chris Kager will use his wide-ranging experience to partner ProLink Media with major brands seeking to advertise on the company’s GPS systems nationally.
